Abstract

This work explores, through the study of rulings issued in the last years by the Supreme Court of Chile, the notion of the fundamental right to water. It also seeks to define whether this human right to water is autonomous or is built from other fundamental rights. Likewise, it investigates the international normative standards that said Court has in mind to base its decision.
