Abstract

This paper develops a proposal for a dogmatic interpretation of the constituent elements of the crime typified in article 240, paragraph 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, called contempt, under the expository structure of the special part of criminal law, that is, with emphasis on the aspects of typicity, imputation and punishment that are considered most relevant for praxis.
