Talking about Expert Law, and being able to outline a theory of it, is a complex challenge. However, just as other areas have managed to consolidate themselves autonomously, even in academia, such as Notarial Law or Environmental Law, today it is possible to establish at least the notion of Expert Law and a theory that defines it. sustain, despite the legal-literary scarcity. Ergo, with the elements analyzed and proposed in this article, this direction can be established by searching for a catalyst that serves as its genesis; identifying and recognizing the minimum parameters towards an autonomous Theory of Expert Law, or at least a notion of one that is profitable for the academy in the sense that, individualizing its components and interrelationships, it is feasible to recognize the legal phenomenon from historiography, law and an epistemological basis as necessary as pertinent.
