Through this analysis we propose an interpretation of article 20 of Law 20.084 that is compatible with the intervention model contemplated in the law that creates the new National Youth Social Reintegration Service, establishing conditions of coherent application of the penalties and measures, to which adolescent lawbreakers will be subjected, bringing the criminal legal field into conversation with that of psycho-social intervention.
