This paper put forward the imperative need to overcome the idea of disciplinary and vertical control over the conduct of judges to replace it with a regime of responsibility that, on a rather horizontal level and ideally between peers that integrate a body other than the court, operates based on a code of professional ethics of the judge.Additional Files
