Legal control of the administrative acts of the judiciary

Abstract

This paper addresses the administrative nature of non-jurisdictional decisions made by authorities with public powers. It is highlighted the need for the constituent process to recognize and establish the need to establish effective mechanisms for the control of administrative activity, which guarantee the right to effective judicial protection of judges, officials and citizens who may be affected by the exercise of the administrative decisions taken in the context of administrative activity linked to the jurisdiction.
