On January 8, 2018, a Family Court in Chile issued a Judgment in a surrogate gestational maternity case. This paper will analyze and evaluate the arguments contained in the sentence that gave rise to the challenge and claim of material affiliation which declared the two girls as the aplicant’s daugthters.
