Abstract

This comment analyzes the decision of the Supreme Court, of December 1, 2016, which, knowing the appeal of amparo, revokes the decision of the Court of Appeals of Concepción and accepts it. The ruling is characterized, and hence its interest, in that it uses and applies fundamental concepts of the International Law of Human Rights, such as the notion of multiple discrimination, the duty of reparation and the control of conventionality.
