The regulation of provisional remedies in the Bill of Civil Procedure Code, sent by President Piñera to the Congress in 2012, showed a deep deficient in relation with the Chilean law evolution in this topic during the last twenty years. Despite that the bill has incorporated important principles regarded to the order of these remedies, it has been extremely shy with respect of the goals that this relief could achieve, avoided any anticipation in this matter. At this point, the bill shows an important setback if we compare with the bill of the same Civil Procedure Code sent by president Bachelet in 2009 and with respect to the provisional reliefs in family, labor, antitrust and environmental law.Downloads
