Through this work we will discuss a ruling recently issued by a higher court, which relieves the value of due process to take procedures in which are involved children and adolescents. The ruling vindicates the obligation that attends the courts respect the fundamental right to preventive forms of due process, as the only safeguard to the effective exercise of fundamental guarantees, nor even a pretext of exceptional circunstances or the desire for purposes of any kind justifies the involvement of rights of children in the process rescuing the nature of subjects of law who admittedly have.Downloads
