Abstract

This paper draws a possible agenda of institutional reforms to the justice system. The end envisioned is to properly accomplish the current standards of probity and transparency, commonly applied in general public institutions in the country, in response to the processes carried out into the judiciary. The proposed agenda takes over how to improve the designation systems, following as a model the Senior Public Management. Then the paper proposes fully open the judicial career as a way to avoid promotions and performance evaluation; and points out the need to exclude judicial participation in appointments of non-judicial places. In the same way, this paper grasps insights to reform the system of disciplinary, the lobby control and regulation into the judicial system and open the space to popular participation.
