Abstract

Klein and Wachs proposals aims a transparent and proper managed civil procedure. This is mutually responsibility of the court and parties. lt means the parties continue to assume impulse and discussion in the litigation. The active role of the court limits and redirects the case according to proportionality of costs and time. Rather, it may be said that identifies the respomibilities of each in front of and imide of a process regarding the objectives and the resources that are available far the achievement of those according with the particularities of each concrete case.
