More than a year after Law 21,675 came into force, the Journal of the Institute for Judicial Studies raises and explores the challenges in applying the law. The aim of this issue of the Journal is to compile some of the main topics surrounding theoretical and practical issues relating to Law 21,675.
The section of the Journal dedicated to Law 21,675 is based on the idea that legislative reform is useless if its operators are unaware of the epistemological basis and tools for addressing it (Gil Ruiz, 2023). To this end, the special section of the Journal presented below consists of twenty-two articles written by various authors who develop fundamental aspects of this legislation from multiple perspectives.
