The Revista de Estudios Judiciales (Journal of Judicial Studies) published in 2022, a special issue entitled “Monographic Studies for a New Constitution”. This thematic issue focused on the debates surrounding a new Constitution and renewed judiciary. Leading jurists provided key elements for a discussion about the structure of the judiciary in the Constitution.
