The Multifunction in the Retail in Chile, an analysis the jurisprudence of the Direction of the Labor and the Illustrious Court Appeals of the country

Abstract
The objective of this document is to critically examine the implementation of the Multifunction approach within the Retail industry in Chile. To achieve this, the study will analyze the legal requirements outlined in Article 10 Nº 3 of the Labor Code, assessing their alignment with the broader principles and regulations of Labor Law. To support this analysis, we will systematically review the administrative rulings issued by the Directorate of Labor pertaining to this issue, together with judicial decisions from the Courts of Appeals arising from the judicialization of the fines resulting from the work conducted by the Labor Inspectorates across the country.
