Objetive:

The goal of the Revista de Estudios Judiciales (Journal of Judicial Studies) is to disseminate current research about the organization and administration of justice, on legal interpretation and application of the law in all its areas, as they contribute to the work conducted by the judiciary. The journal will accept manuscripts addressing all dogmatic branches of the Law, such as Administrative, Civil, Constitutional, Commercial, Procedural, Labor, International, Criminal, Economic, Environmental, Tax, Law, and Law Sciences, and their respective historical sources. The Journal also welcomes studies in related disciplines that address debates of interest to the administration of justice.

The Journal intends to engage a wide and diverse audience in the academic and professional fields, both nationally and internationally. Its main readers are faculty, researchers, students, and professionals in the field of law and related disciplines. The Journal aspires to become a reference in these fields, encouraging debates and critical analyses of various approaches and perspectives that contribute to strengthen the judicial labor and the administration of justice.
